[arm-allstar] UPDATE fix now out!

LaRoy,
The update requires a reboot. If you don't reboot you will be left with
the old kernel and no bash_profile. When you do reboot if you login too
fast the first time the replacement of bash_profile may not take place. It
is done by rc.allstar. The check to make sure it is there is done at each
boot.
