[arm-allstar] after update, you're left at a bash prompt. ----was: Important HAMVOIP Image update

I have some information to add about the node I was updating. I'm on Kauai and the node I was updating was on Maui. We have had high winds in the islands and consistently numerous power outages. In the case of this node, it is using a DMK URI and a Motorola CDM1250 simplex setup that probably was powered off meaning the Pi was in transmit. Not sure how that affects the update but just thought I'd pass the info.

Hi Everyone,
There have been a few reports like this---after reboot the admin menu goes
away and when you login and you're left at a bash prompt. I'm
investigating why this is happening; this isn't happening on my test
systems (of course!).
For the moment, there is a simple solution. Just run this command from the
prompt:
cp /root/.bash_profile.pacsave /root/.bash_profile
...Then, logout and log back in. You can logout with the command:
exit
...Once you've logged back in, the admin menu should be back.
