[arm-allstar] Update problem

It has come to our attention that there is a problem with the update that
in some cases removes the /root/.bash_profile. The symptoms are getting no
menu at boot but rather the Linux prompt. This does not cause any Allstar
operational problems!

This will be corrected later today but until then if you need the menu just
type admin.sh at the Linux prompt.

If you have not already done an update please hold off until we resolve
this problem and make an announcement to that effect.
