[arm-allstar] AllStar Node Connected to CAT Controller

Hi
I have been using allstar on my cat controller for the last 5 years no issues with allstar running on port 2 of the controller.
You can mute the dtmf tones as well.

Thanks for the info Doug. We are looking into the programming of the CAT.
I'm hopeful on the CAT, once we get into the programming mode of the
repeater controller, we can mute the DTMF tones, so it won't effect
anything and we can keep the * exclusive to AllStar.

Yep, I didn't think about using the AllStar node as a repeater controller.
That might make it easier in one of our repeater efforts as we build out
our AllStar node system.
