[arm-allstar] AllStar Node Connected to CAT Controller

Has anybody connected an AllStar node to a CAT controller?

Looks like all the programming of the CAT controllers start with a *, which
is the same DTMF as Allstar commands, which is a problem.

Is there a way to change this behavior in AllStar, as I don't think we have
an option of changing it in the CAT controller programming?

I haven't begun testing yet, but are there some pros/cons anybody has when
interfacing the URI into a CAT they can share with me?

Squelch hang times?
Courtesy tones off on the controller to allow AllStar to control the
courtesy tones?
Set the CAT transceiver port to full duplex and also the AllStar node to
full duplex in the rpt.conf file?
