[arm-allstar] Newsline to Play over Echolink Connected Users

Downloaded the playnews script and works great.

I have my Echolink node configured and people can connect into my node with
no problem.  Works great.

When I play ARN news on my node, Echolink users connected can't hear ARN.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get connected Echolink users to hear
newline that is playing locally?
