[arm-allstar] IRLP Not Connecting to Reflectors and Favorites Redirect to EchoLink Node Numbers

Looking for some guidance here on an issue that was was also reported back in October on the list; however, there has been no update as to a fix in that post so I'm asking again.

I do not use IRLP on a regular basis; however, I've recently noticed that I cannot connect to ANY reflectors other than 89999; same situation as someone else reported in October.  The node was fully operational and not port changes have taken place, I verified that several times.  Swapping with a known good "real IRLP node", there is no issue.

When I look at the IRLP log, this is what is shown:

Additionally, the IRLP favorites I have programmed for REF9250, REF9100, REF9050, etc now seem to redirect to EchoLink nodes in the favorites list as well.  For example, when I have a favorite for REF9999 and send the command as 89999 from the favorites list, it calls the SCARS EchoLInk reflector instead.  This seems to be related to recent updates between October and now, but I need some guidance of where else to look at this point.
