[arm-allstar] Cannot connect via DV Switch after IP Change

I have the All-Star node that is normally connected to my repeater at my
home for some maintenance.

I cannot connect to it via DV switch or another node.

I changed the IP address of the PI to the new internal address of my LAN and
set up port forwarding of Port 4569 to that address.

What am I missing?
