[arm-allstar] Audio Failure

One of my Allstar nodes suddenly developed a no transmit audio problem.

It keys the radio but no audio. After troubleshooting, the problem has 
been traced to issues with the micro SDHC card.

This node is almost 3 years old and I "thought" that I had a good 
backup. I have started to build an new card for this node but thought I 
would ask to see if anyone had any ideas as to what happened to the 
original.

I can still log in and do an update and access the Pi and everything 
looks normal but no audio. I swapped DMK URI's with no luck.
