[arm-allstar] Disk Imager Error

The image writer programs write bit for bit to the card and the card does
not have to be formatted. It just blindly writews over what is there.
However if it was formatted for Windows and got mounted it might be a
problem. It would actually be better if it had garbage on it and would not
mount. It has been awhile since I used win32diwskimager but I never had a
write issue when I did even with a fat32 formated SD card. It is never a
problem when using Linux (Ubuntu etc.) to image as you can let the card
mount, use df to determine where it is mounted, unmount it, then use dd to
write the image.
