[arm-allstar] Disk Imager Error

Sometimes I'll have an SD card in an invalid state and can't format it or anything in Windows.

So I use "SD Card Formatter" to wipe it. It's saved me a few times.

Hi,

If Windows mounted the SDcard (so it's showing up as an available drive in
the file manager), that may be what is causing the error.
