[arm-allstar] Disk Imager Error

Hello,

I am using the win32diskimager that I downloaded from hamvoip and downloaded/extracted the image files too. When I try to write the “RPi2-3_V1.6-01_Allstar.img” to my SanDisk Ultra 16GB Micro SD card it throws the following error and stop writing. I formatted the card before starting to write.

An error occurred when attempting to write data to handle. Error 5: Access is denied

Any ideas why my access is denied?
