[arm-allstar] Displaying multiple nodes in one supermon. Separate networks

yes and yes. What i find odd is that I can connect directly to each
supermon (xxxIP/supermon) and select the node and it works fine. If 5038
was blocked wouldn't that error? 0.0.0.0 is UN-commented on both the 'hub'
that im wanting to set up the multiple node access from and also on the
node im wanting the 'hub'  to display. The 'slave' nodes are displayed, but
under any of the connections EXCEPT the hub (the one i log into directly),
i get the 'couldnt log in to manager' error.
