[arm-allstar] Programming Controller via Allstar

Pretty sure you did not read my post. I can easily take care of it with the
local PC, but I’m asking for the sake of experimentation.

On the topic of the controller.. it was purchased before my time, the club
members like it, and they would have a conniption fit if we got rid of a
$400 controller for no reason other than “because Doug said we can use Pi’s
for everything”.. and, I cannot stand the built-in voice library.
