[arm-allstar] Password in iax.conf

Orin,

 No there is nothing intrinsic about the Allstar assigned node password.
You can make a similar one up since you changed it. My point was anyone
getting new nodes numbers should just leave the password alone and go with
the assigned one.

The Pin number is for the phone call in if you ever use it.
