Hi,

COP,49 is the command to disable inbound IAX2 connections?
COP,50 enables IAX2 connections.

Are you wanting a telemetry announcement? If so, make sure your rpt.conf 
node stanza has:

telemdefault=1

And, duplex=1, duplex=2 or duplex=3
