[arm-allstar] CTCSS on Courtesy and ID when in use

Hi 
I am new to the system, I have searched and see it might be possible but have no details.
I am trying to have CTCSS active for the courtesy K tone and ID when the repeater is in use, but to ID without CTCSS when the repeater is not in use.

A tail on the TXCTCSS would work for me.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of info that would help me.
