[arm-allstar] Hamvoip asnode.org replacement is now available

There is now a more reliable replacement for the anode.org lookup method to
reach Allstar nodes. Not that asnode.org itself is not reliable but it gets
its information from the Allstar servers which can at times be down or
inaccurate and there is at times considerable delay. The new method is -

node#.ip.hamvoip.org - so if the node was 55000 the url would be
55000.ip.hamvoip.org

You can use this syntax in a complete URL. Lets say node 55000 had it HTML
server on port 15000 then the complete line would be -

55000.ip.hamvoip.org:15000/supermon

This gets its information directly from the hamvoip registration server so
the output should be almost immediate after a node comes online if it is
registered with Hamvoip. If the node you are trying to reach is only
registered with Allstar then there will be more delay in updates and no
guarantee the results will always be correct.
