Hurricane Update via 8PM EDT VOIP weather net.

The VoIP Hurricane Net will activate for the Bahamas  starting Sunday Morning 8AM. EDT.
9/1/19 and extend through Monday 9/2/19 as needed

Note it was reported that DMR will not be used for Bahamas due to lack of DMR infrastructure. 


BM3199 may be activated as it gets closer to the US Mainland.  However there is no EchoLink bridge.
