[arm-allstar] Survey question about saytime

1 O’clock, 2 O’clock, 3 O’clock rock. 

The O’clock was rather unique, didn’t really hear it on other repeater systems.  Is the audio from saytime an asterisk feature or something that was designed for allstar.  I say give an option to switch? But do as you may.
