Jay, I have to disagree with you about the RC-210 having bad audio.

We run a bunch of Arcom Controllers around our area with Allstar, IRLP
and link radios connected to them. The audio quality is an exact copy of
what you feed it when it's setup correctly. If you have bad audio on
it's output you either have the Arcom configured/adjusted wrong or your
incoming feed is bad to begin with.

I've deployed 2 so far, one at my club's tower and another foranother club, which is currently in a testing phase. However, I feel likethe audio used for Allstar have a very mid-heavy sound, even when emphasissettings are set on the controller and node. I'm looking to see if it'smaybe a change of codec needed, or if there's a setting somewhere I cantweak, or if anyone has found a "magic" number to change the EQ on theaudio being passed through. I don't seem to notice it as much with Echolink.Mike_______________________________________________ARM-allstar mailing listARM-allstar at hamvoip.orghttp://lists.hamvoip.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/arm-allstarVisit
