[arm-allstar] Parse error with rpt.conf

I found the issue (only sent the reply to David.. whoops)

Using standard Notepad on my tablet , it added a tab in at the very start.
For some reason it didn’t show up using Notepad++, my usual editor but it
showed up with nano.
