[arm-allstar] Disabling DTMF control

So I'm setting up a hub/spoke model for our club with HAMVOIP nodes at the repeater sites that will keep permanent connections back to a hub node running on AWS. How can I disable DTMF control of the spokes? Is there a config option I'm missing or do I brute-force it by clearing out the function definitions in rpt.conf?

I know others have gone this approach - any tips or gotchas to look out for?
