[arm-allstar] Quantar 900 MHz Tx audio problem

We use Motorola Quantar 900 MHz repeaters at two locations (Nodes 47646 and  47655) each with a hamvoip RPI system.
Everything works fine, but after a few minutes of conversation, the TX audio gain suddenly  increases a lot (quite an annoying situation).
Both repeaters behave like that.
Is there a setting in the Motorola or whatever config that can prevent that?
