[arm-allstar] Private nodes

Bill,

Is this node 1000 stand-alone on a server? The easiest way to set it up
would be to run the setup and specify a private node. The setup makes one
minor mistake when setting up a private node - it adds a registration line
with no password which is meaningless and causes no harm but should be
removed. Just comment it out in iax.conf wonce you are setup.
