[arm-allstar] TK8180 FOB interfacing

Use Pin 17 AFO for your receive audio. This is squelched filtered audio.

Use Pin 6 Ext Mic input for your transmit audio.

With the FPU program your choice for TOR and PTT.

Have used a lot of these Kenwoods in various projects, they work great.
