[arm-allstar] help with private node setup

Tom,

 As long as you have a public node registered and you are passing status
the private nodes will get forwarded. So at the moment the only way to
avoid them being seen is to either not have any public nodes or not update
status. We have it on our list for a future update to make the status
updates of private nodes optional with a command.
