[arm-allstar] Interface to Baofeng direct

Attached is the circuit we are going to use for direct connect to the
Baofeng,  A mic/earphone that is supplied with the radio can be used but
the wire is very small. Do not try to strip it but rather carefully
separate the wires and burn off the insulation at the ends with a soldering
iron. There can then be attached to a circuit board with the bundle of
wires clamped down to protect from pulling off.

This is a simple circuit that can be wired up on a small perf board. When
using keep the volume level on the radio at a lower setting and adjust the
simpleusb RX level up with boost in necessary to the proper level. If you
drive it too hard it will interfere with the COS DC level which is
superimposed on the RX audio. Also once a level is determined be sure to
mark or hot glue the Baofeng volume pot so you so not move it. If you have
to turn the radio off best to remove power some other way.

This DOES NOT work on the 888.  Tested on the UV5 and UV82.

I will be doing a howto on this but it won't be much more than I am
presenting here. Maybe some photos. Eventually there will be a FOB which
includes these parts.
