Okay, if you've got remote access via SSH, you don't need to actually 
power the RPi down----just exit from asterisk and leave asterisk down for 
several minutes. Then, restart Asterisk.  Something like:

...login via ssh
...use admin menu option #9 to go to a bash prompt.

astdn.sh

.....wait 10 minutes....


astup.sh
exit
