Hi Glenn,

I've gotten some reports of odd registration behavior in the last couple
weeks or so.  Now, the problem seems to be that the nodes are showing that
they're registered, but, the WRONG IP address is showing up in the
downloaded nodelist file/database----it's like the file isn't getting
updated properly after an IP address change.

For now, I would suggest leaving your problematic node down (e.g: powered 
off) for several minutes (maybe 10). Then, bring it back up. Hopefully the 
problem will resolve itself.
