[arm-allstar] Linking 2 nodes results in numerous messages

We have a hub (node 47056) that several repeater nodes link to. After 
some changes at my ISP (node 45992) I'm now getting continuous messages 
as shown below. I'm not sure when they started as I haven"t looked at it 
lately.  The repeaters have been linking nicely for quite some time.

Any ideas what is wrong wrong?
