These open supplies are a much better choice. They are adjustable which is
important. You need a solid 5V AT THE Pi BOARD! The car adapters often put
out just 5V or slightly less and there is no way of adjusting. The wall
warts usually put out 5.2V to compensate for drop in wiring, connectors,
and the Pi board fuse and reverse voltage detector. If you load the USB
ports which I think this Chilli does then it is even more important to have
a solid 5V. These supplies also have a very wide input range of up to 40V.
