[arm-allstar] AutoSky issues

I completely rewrote AutoSky for hamvoip. The guy that writes it does a lot
of screwy things and it is a real chore to make it a functional and
readable program. He uses multiple scripts to do things rather than one
concise script and I added quite a bit of user funtionality like the init
script. I will look at it but I am just not in the mood to fix someone
else's mess right now!
