[arm-allstar] Local Ip of my lan,transmit On The Air!!!

hi all
i checked on the hamvoip site if there was an "how too" too set up my node here so when it is booting (the RPI) it is transmitting On the Air his local ip in my router,,192.168.0.???
it is helpful a lot when you forget the ip!!!or the router after a while change it!

i dont know ,where and which line must be activated,can you help me locate it?
