[arm-allstar] ChiliMini just about to be publicly released

Don,

 As you probably know I did a howto at the hamvoip site and there is
programming in hamvoip for the 818 modules several years ago.  I kind of
gave up on those modules back then as did others because of problems with
PL (RX recovery as I remember) and dirty output which can of course be
corrected with a BP filter. I take it those issues were corrected in a
later model?  If that is the case then this is good news. The current
scripts are 818cli-prog and 818-prog that have been sitting in
/usr/local/sbin for several years.
