[arm-allstar] full duplex radioless node

All,

       I've got my heart set on building a full duplex radioless node
similar to the one shown on the Hampvoip.org tutorial

       I recall that when I set up my last node (which used a radio
interface) I was asked to select whether I would be using a half duplex or
full duplex in the setup questions. If I select full duplex, it isn't clear
to me what would prevent audio feedback between the speaker and mic when I
key up. Are there additional changes other than having the mic PTT button
sink the COS line through the diode as shown in the schematic?
