[arm-allstar] Whitelist 1 node - Same Server?

Sean,

The white/black list does a generalized check of nodes coming into a
server BEFORE they are processed for each local destination node so the
answer is no for the way it is currently written. It could be rewritten but
it would be more complex as it would need to be check for the local
destination node first and then check the source node for inclusion or
exclusion.

There is a $30 fix for this called buy another Pi! I know that sounds a bit
outrageous but having one radio node per Pi is the way I do it and the way
I would recommend doing it. It makes things a lot easier in many ways and
adds to overall redundancy. I currently have thirteen one radio node Pi's
running.
