[arm-allstar] IAX registration for Zoiper & md5

I went back a verified my secret in the phone and was wrong.

[Apr  1 11:43:11] NOTICE[29300]: chan_iax2.c:7032 register_verify: Host 
208.54.85.178 failed MD5 authentication for 'marty' 
(9d108e75a93a07f4ebe512d1bb2b199b != 2fec608d28e91be8608aed3ad5ef2534)

Changed the passwd in the phone, thought I checked that several times! I 
mean several times!

-- Registered IAX2 'marty' (AUTHENTICATED) at 208.54.85.178:20379
     -- Registered IAX2 'marty' (AUTHENTICATED) at 127.0.0.1:4569

Marty,

You don't want to disable md5 authentication!  The solution is to tell
Asterisk what to expect from Zoiper. The authentication phase is asterisk.
This isn't customized to AllStar.


For example, in your asterisk iax.conf stanza:

[marty]
secret=my_password_as_set_in_zoiper
auth=md5
