[arm-allstar] No Connection

Jim,

 OK understood. As long as your registration is working you can continue as
you are. Once the registration update comes out the addition of a hamvoip
registration will be automatic. We are temporarily giving out manually
entered registration just to those having problems registering with Allstar.
