[arm-allstar] astdb.txt daily build question

There are still hundreds of nodes not showing registered on the system,
including all of mine, one of which still had a valid astdb.txt file. (One
of them says 'Not registered - ever', which is certainly not true!)
So much for redundancy and retrograde in the ASL servers.

It appears for now the astdb database issue has resolved. While we don't
have any control over the current database we are looking into ways to make
sure this does not happen in the future and we might have an update for
this soon. If you made changes to your cron file you can put it back the
way it was - remove the comment '#' at the beginning of the astdb line.
