[arm-allstar] 60 second noise burst

OK, I went back and re-read your message but I am still not totally
understanding. You say the noise burst happens even when the radio is not
connected. If that is the case how do you hear it? From another node
connected to that node? There isn't anything in the hamvoip SW that would
cause a timed 60 second noise burst. You also said something about a K5EMB
image. What does that mean? Are you using hamvoip V1.5.3-42, the latest
image?
