Ian,

Nodes have to be registered in order to work within the public Allstar
network. The Allstar registration server has been flaky for a long time. We
have no control over that. Hamvoip has a distributed registration server in
place that works very well and we are currently registering many nodes in a
manual method. The roll out to all V1.5 hamvoip users using our
registration system has been delayed due to the hurricane that occurred
last week on the US east coast. We can manually issue you registration
numbers for your nodes in the hamvoip system. Please privately send me your
node numbers and their ports and we will get you registration lines for
your servers.
