[arm-allstar] HamVoIP and Hurricane Florence

Hi everyone,

We've experienced a mailing list and website outage over that last several
days due to the impact from Hurricane Florence, and her direct hit in 
Wilmington, NC, where many core servers were located.

All systems that were off-line should be coming back up today.  Note that 
the HamVoIP registration services and DNS node lookup were not affected by 
this outage. 

We are still experiencing widespread power outages, massive flooding and
other storm related issues in this region. It will take months for the
whole area to recover....
