[arm-allstar] URIx + Motorola CDM 1250 Setup

Aloha everyone,

New to setting up an AllStar simplex node using a Motorola CDM 1250 with
URIx.  Has anyone been able to program the tx using an HT Yaesu FT-60?

147.510 simplex pl 123.0

I am able to rx no problem but having issues trying to get the tx part to
work.  Am I able/suppose to set an offset in order for this to work?  I
thought the offset is only used for repeaters not sure how this is suppose
to work with simplex.  I know I am missing something here and appreciate
any info or tips.

Tried the following:

FW + 1 - set to Tone, FW to save
FW + 2 - set to 123.0, FW to save.

FW + 1 - set to TSQL, FW to save
FW + 2 - set to 123.0, FW to save

Held down the PTT + *70 for both and nothing happens, no alison.
