[arm-allstar] zoiper connection fail message

Because of the changes made to the iaxrpt interface which also applies to
zoiper I suggest you first do an update of your hamvoip and then reference
the iaxrpt howto at hamvoip.org section on phone iaxrpt. The interface both
in the extensions.conf  file and in iax.conf would be the same for zoiper.
You should change to them. Also make sure you have your callerid set to
your call on your phone.

Also you probably know this but if you are using an Android phone you
should try iaxrpt from the playstore rather than zoiper as it even with its
faults is a  better package for Allstar.
