[arm-allstar] one way audio?

This week, just before the club net, someone tried an iaxrpt  link to our
repeater node. At about the same time, the repeater node detected a problem
with the internal (1999) pseudo node that is used for ARRL bulletin
playback.    This caused the system to start spitting lots of error messages
into the asterisk message log - a sample follows:

Restarting asterisk did not fix it - I needed to reboot the RPI.

 

This is Firmware Version 1.5rc5-04  August 8, 2018.   

 

Any ideas what could be wrong?
