[arm-allstar] node not connecting

Here is an explanation for those sporadically not connecting. The Allstar
registration server has not been working correctly for some time now. It
issues both wrong IP's and rejected registration sporadically. HAMVOIP has
manually registered many users at their request over the last month or two.
ALL HAMVOIP users who are using V1.5 and have updated are using the HAMVOIP
DNS node lookup method but due to the recent hurricanes in the south we are
behind in getting all the HAMVOIP V1.5 users onto the HAMVOIP registration
system.
Since HAMVOIP is currently getting node routing information from Allstar
unless you are actually registering with HAMVOIP and the node you are
connecting to is also registering with HAMVOIP you may occasionally
encounter connection problems to that node. This would be especially true
if you are using a cell based connection.
Until we get all HAMVOIP V1.5 users on our registration server if you are
having connection/registration problems that do not resolve let us know and
we can issue a temporary HAMVOIP registration to you. When requesting we
need your node number and iax port. The registration line would be entered
in addition to your current Allstar registration.
