The _XXXX! is extension (node number) pattern matching in the asterisk dial
plan. Patterns start with an underscore, X matches 0 to 9, ! matches zero
or more characters. In other words _XXXX! matches 4 or more digits.
The node number is not replaced. It is compared to the whitelist node
numbers (in the asterisk database) and if a match is found the dialplan
branches to [radio-secure] and then connects.
