[arm-allstar] hour time check

Glenn,

 Do the following at the Linux prompt -

crontab -e

Edit the line that begins like this -

00 0-23 * * * (source /usr/local/etc/allstar.env ;  ........

by adding a # a the beginning of the line -

#00 0-23 * * * (source /usr/local/etc/allstar.env ; ......

Then save - control x

and it will be turned off.
