Hello everyone,

I am looking for a solution to know when I am no longer in electricity on an amateur radio site that is difficult to access.

this site works with 3 x 12 volt batteries, but it would be very useful to know when there is a power failure,
can we receive text messages?
can we change the "ROGER BEEP" queue when there is no more electricity on this site?
or any other method would appreciate
